Located in Dugald, Manitoba, (30 minutes from downtown Winnipeg and 5 minutes from Oakbank), Dugald Place is planned as a 54-unit, four-storey (with elevator access) co-located with Dugald Estates on land which is owned by the RM of Springfield.
Residents will choose a mix of suites in a secure building with meal and housekeeping service, planned social activities and many amenities in a secure, caring, supportive family environment. Prospective residents will be required to pay a monthly rent and service package. Final costs for Dugald Place are currently under development.
