There will be two cost components to living in Dugald Place:
Ongoing monthly housing charges (monthly rent)
Service Package (covering meals, light housekeeping, recreation services). Parking is an additional charge.
Priority for allocation of suites is based on the date of your deposit. Your deposit will ensure you receive news and regular updates about Dugald Place Assisted Living Residence.
